Il Casale del Priore is the result of three generations<\/strong> separated by time, yet united by an even older heritage<\/strong> that grows richer with each passing day.<\/p>

In the 1980s, Alessandro<\/strong> (known to everyone as \u201cSandro\u201d) laid the foundations for an early agricultural project by purchasing and restoring an old ruin, to make it his family home<\/strong>.
Building on his father\u2019s vision, Fabrizio<\/strong> later established an agricultural company, paving the way for the agritourism<\/strong> activities<\/strong> that began in 2022.
Elena<\/strong>, representing the third generation, joined the family project at this stage, taking on the charge of hospitality and communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

Il Casale del Priore, however, owes its name to its first owner<\/strong>: according to local chronicles, Alberto Civitella<\/strong>, prior of the nearby parish of San Nicol\u00f2<\/strong>, had his residence built here in 1625<\/strong>, on the very site where the estate now stands.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

is the inscription that can still be seen today on a stone recovered during the restoration and placed on the Casale\u2019s fa\u00e7ade. A symbolic date<\/strong>, so meaningful that it has become part of our logo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Il Casale del Priore was created with the aim of enhancing an authentic place, where\u00a0nature and history coexist in harmony<\/strong>. In every corner, both inside and outside the estate, these two elements find full expression.<\/p>

The\u00a0landscapes<\/strong>\u00a0converse with the interiors through furnishings, colors, and\u00a0unique views<\/strong>. The\u00a0memory of the past<\/strong>\u00a0lingers in the names of the rooms and in the small gestures that shape our daily life.<\/p>

Through\u00a0agricultural<\/strong>\u00a0work<\/strong>, we honour the fruits of our land, preserving traditions handed down over generations. Through\u00a0hospitality<\/strong>, we invite guests to step into a centuries-old story that lives on amidst the greenery and the quiet of this place.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t
